Answer #1

Euthanasia is considered a murder only under 2 situations. The first one is that patient is not undergoing through terminal phase of life and is not in extreme pain. The second one is that the decision is taken without prior consent of patient or by the one who loves him the most in a condition where he is unable to take decisions. These are the two medical ethics point which is legal and when crossed is a medical ethics offense or a crime. Doctor assisted homicide is allowed only in the first condition mentioned. If a doctor supports Euthanasia without following country’s rule and the medical ethics as explained above he is punishable for criminal offense.
