What would be a good script between a cognitive behavorial therapiat and a client, assuming the client shows signs of depression. (it should be about one page)

Cognitive behavioural therapist :

Hello , how are you ? . How was day?

client :

Yeah, it's not going well .

Therapist:

what happend ? Do you have any core problem that makes you not well .

client :

yes , oftenly my mood is not going well . I feel depression and anxiety about my security of my career.  

Therapist:

what kind problem you faced now ?

client :

FEELING hopeless , stress , insomnia , fatigue , unable to concentrate any task , sadness and socially isolated myself .

Therapist :

ohkk ..do you think that your thought process is going to make you victimized of depression . Do you ever touch with good company ?

client :

Actually I always posses over thinking . I am really worried about my future . I had touched such kind People who never support me and always show negetive attitude . .

Therapist :

look!! You should change your behaviour and thinking pattern .you have develop capablity to solve your own problem. You have to understand that present is more important than future . You will be more productive and efficient in your work . You have stay away from toxic relationship . Be always have positive attitude and learnt to become happy .

client :

but it is difficult for me to make myself calm and stable . Unnecessary thought constantly comes in my mind .

Therapist:

You will develop understanding capablity . You will know what is your priority and critically analysis the situation . Then automatically you will get touch with real fact . We will need to have more conversation . So , can we meet next week .

client :

Yeah , sure why not . Thank you for having great company . .
