Assumption of my leadership Philosophy:

Here, I assumed that not every people have their same level of performance or performance rate, they perform based on their skills, expertise and motivation level.

Beliefs and short statement of my Leadership philosophy:

I must be fair and consistent in making any decision, here, I should create a diversity place, where people will love to work with their passion and they will not discriminate each other. My belief is success comes when we align our preparation with the outcome.

Highlight two theories of leadership and/or models that inform your philosophy of leadership, and why you focus on those.

Here, trait theory of leadership and situational theory of leadership or models that inform my philosophy of leadership. I focus on such leadership theories, as trait theory and situational theories has wide impact on our daily life, as we personally need our personality trait, self confidence to work on project tasks, again, we should be act with our best efforts based on situational variables, cause, every situation will have some impact on our daily activities, further, It is necessary to maintain democratic style or views and have expert’s opinion in place to manage the daily works.
