1. Generation Y\Millennium: They are nurtured by omnipresent parents, optimistic and focused.Respect authority. They schedule everything.They feel enormous academis pressure. They feel like a generation and have great expections for themselves.   

2. Baby Boomers: The 'me' generation. "rock and roll" music generation. self righteous and self- centered. The first TV generation.optimistic, driven, team-oriented.

3. Silent Generation: The first hopeful drumbeats of civil rights.Pre-feminism women.The big- -band\swing music generation. Discplined, self-sacrificing and cautious.

4. GI Generation: They are the assertive and energetic do'ers.Community minded. Strong sense of personal civic duty, The labor-union-spawning generation. Sometimes called The Greatest Generation.

5. Generation x: Entrepreneurial. Very individualistic. Feel misunderstood by other generations. Self-absorbed and suspicious of all organisations. Cautious, Skeptical, unimpressed with authority, self-reliant.
