Answer #1

Imagine:
“Position familiar with” –HIRING FOR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE

1.   For better identifying the potential candidates, it is required to cross-check different areas relevant to the job role or the positions for which the process of hiring is going on. In this case for entry level candidate if the position is for Customer Care Executive then it is required to check the candidates written and oral communication skills that are very much necessary to be verified into several aspects for making the final selection into the organization. For selecting the potential candidates it is necessary to check that they should have overcome the level of graduation in regular courses and it is to be monitored closely about the performances in the voice accent round. It is the major elimination round that requires to be proctored by the person who will be responsible for taking the interview of identifying potential candidates for the job role. Lastly, the interest level with a psychometric test for the candidates is to keep mandatory in the interview process for choosing the potential candidates.

2.   While taking the interview it is required to be very punctual about the process. The interview process should flow seamlessly so that the person came for the interview should not get bored or lose interest from the employer. The delay in the interview process should not occur and the candidates should be given equal preferences sequentially to prove their efficiency standard in the interview. Proper transparency is required to be maintained with the candidates for the purpose of describing the job role in details, salary negotiation, and also it is necessary to give respect to each candidate came for the interview.

It is important because from the first introduction to the company it creates an overview in the mind of a candidate. If the professional processes are followed in the interview then the selected person will be motivated much and it is expected that it will give a good reflection when they will land up into the work.
