Culture shapes the way in which one thinks, and also their attitudes, morals and beliefs. Culture plays an important role in determining one's perception regarding healthcare based upon what one expects out of it. In addition to this, it can also be understood that diversity in culture can lead to ethnocentrism especially in the field of health care which can lead to biases within the system, which can shape one's notions on the system and the people using it. On the other hand, it can also positively influence the way in which one accesses the resources based upon the priviligdes and respect that they recieve based on their experience.
