Organizational culture is a vital part of a workplace . It's plays an important role in the smooth functioning of the work in an organization whether it be a healthcare , IT or Engineering sector . Violence is a term used when fight occurs between or among individuals . It might be due to poor communication , in co-operation , discrimination etc . Healthcare violence means violence among the healthcare staffs which will the healthcare services to the patient's . Organizations culture should made in such a way that there is no reason left for the violence . And this has to be implemented and maintained by organisations administration .

Nurses being one of the members of the healthcare staff , and the one who spends most of the time with patient knows very well how this violence can impact the patient's health and should make others understand about the negative impacts of violence . Should plan with the other members to how to overcome this situation by analysing the causes behind violence . This way they can avoid the causes and by inculcating good communication skills , cooperation etc a good organization culture can be built up .
