The various regulatory protect the public from a number of health risks and provide numerous programs for public health and welfare. The regulations are made by the regulating bodies which mainly aim to enhance the chances of better healthcare given to the patients. Health care regulation, rules and standards are necessary to ensure better compliance and to provide safe health care to every individual who accesses the system. Many of the health care systems has been made for citizens such as Medicare, Medicaid etc. but it is not achieved by many of the people due to its cost. The cost is too high to avail the normal benefits and treatment.
