1. Information and knowledge are the two key factors which are necessary in every field to work efficiently . Knowledge is itself information which leads towards the goal . Decrease in the information and knowledge impacts the configuration and interaction of an organisation with other healthcare entities because due to deficient information many important projects are missed and put on hold and further it affects the overall growth of the organisation .

2. Better and advanced information and knowledge provides efficient patient care . Updated to the current information helps the health care workers to work smart and upgrade itself with new knowledge . So, basically it helps in the growth and development of the organisation .
