Words get created by the sounds produced by our tongue, but they are provided with a meaning by our actions. Thus, I agree with the phrase, “Actions speak louder than words”.
Talking about my service experiences, they definitely support the phrase mentioned above. One of the best examples I’d like to quote would be the way I was greeted at two different salons. One day when I had to get ready for a party and I was running very late, I went to a market area having two famous salons. It was very late and the salons were about to close. Moving to the first salon, when I entered their premises, though the receptionist uttered ‘Welcome’, I could observe the dismay on her face! So, I quickly moved on to the next salon to try my luck. The receptionist at this salon greeted me with a bow and a wide smile. This made me feel welcomed and uplifted my mood instantly.
Thus, definitely actions speak louder than words!
