You are attempting to repair a computer in a customer's home. In the room in which the computer is located, the television is turned on and the volume is turned up. You keep losing your train of thought during the troubleshooting process. What should you do?

There are the following techniques to overcome this problem:-

1. If I am unable to train thoughts during the troubleshooting process due to a high volume of t.v then if possible I will request to the customer to reduce the volume or switch off the t.v.

2. I can also say the customer that for some time you have to deduct the electric connection from the main board. If the customer will deduct the electric connection then television will automatically switch off.

3. The best way to troubleshooting the problem in this situation is to first to understand the problem clearly and take a break to go for a while in the balcony of the house and think about the solution to the problem.
