Your sample consist 50 samples which is divided into three groups (little usage-1, moderate usage-2, and frequent usage-3) the self esteem scores is given on ratio scale then firstly you will go with testing the normaility assumption using Shapiro-wilk test ( sample size<300) and after that if the data is follow the normal distribution (ND) then using the One way Anova and if follow the Non-normal distribution using the Non parametric test Krushkal wallis H test. for more clarification i give the selection of test table below-
