what kind of research design stats test would i run in SPSS for this research design???

a researcher gathered 50 individuals who use twitter on a daily basis and randomly assign them to 3 groups (little usage, moderate usage, and frequent usage) the differences in self-esteem scores between different levels of social media were then evaluated after 1 month. the researcher also wants to see if there is a difference amongst gender.

Your sample consist 50 samples which is divided into three groups  (little usage-1, moderate usage-2, and frequent usage-3) the self esteem scores is given on ratio scale then firstly you will go with testing the normaility assumption using Shapiro-wilk test ( sample size<300) and after that if the data is follow the normal distribution (ND) then using the One way Anova and if follow the Non-normal distribution using the Non parametric test Krushkal wallis H test. for more clarification i give the selection of test table below-
