q. what do you believe is foremost in your professional development needs regarding delivery?
Answer: I feel that the most important professional development needs regarding delivery that I have is learning about technologies that are involved in the delivery of the group based learning activities. The modern training and development scenario is very different from that was in the past. The use of new technology based applications is becoming crucial for the success of training and development programs. The professionals that delivery group based learning programs therefore need to master new skills in terms of technologies like digital and information technologies. This can help them to effectively delivery such program. I am not very strong in this area and at times I lack in terms of technical know how. Therefore this is the area where I need to concentrate the most in terms of delivery. Without having this knowledge I don’t feel that I may be able to successfully deliver.
