The individuals value honesty in business by contributing their maximum in their job.They work not only for the salary purpose.They work as if they are working for their family.This is very helpful to business as well as the employees are able to perform well.This helps in bringing improvements in the performance of employees also.Employees who value the honesty of business are able to get bonus from time to time.Also,such business employees are permanent employees.Such employees don't leave the job of such business.They are happy to work in such a business.

Such an attitude shown by employees of the business helps employees as well as business.Such a business is able to earn its good goodwill in the market.Such a business is able to manage its different activities very easily.Business grow with the help of employees and if the employees work in a sincere manner then obviously the business will be able to progress very easily.

Individuals don't support the business when the organisation tries to exploits them and don't value the efforts of the employees.Then in such a case,the individual don't give their maximum in their job.
