2. Firms providing several compliance training courses through the employee's experience to ensure any revision in policies or practices are understood and agreed by the employee.
3. Firms conducting several activities that help employees get engaged in teams representing the organization's culture.
Informal Learning -
1. Employees interacting with seasoned/experienced employees within the firm informally once in a while thus getting more understanding on the firm's culture.
2. Employees voluntarily participating in certain firm related activities in teams.
