There are various different criterion important for the development of the cohesive positive culture. There are four stages of team development namely as follows forming, storming, norming and performing. Cohesiveness is the process in which the team members remain united towards formation of target focused goals which achievement of these goals in a proper time frame. This can be achieved through proper communication, interaction, formation of a friendly team environment, loyalty and contribution of the team towards achieving the desired goals in life. There are several important features and characteristic attributes required for the success of teams working in a united way like as follows:

  • Highly cohesive teams.
  • increased self-esteem.
  • Increased morale.
  • increased performance.

There are various factors involved in the development of teams like unity, integrity, coordination, collaboration, and communication to achieve the finishing of the work projects on time. The factors affecting the progress and development of cohesive positive culture in the organization are as follows:

  • clear objectives.
  • Metric.
  • proper orientation and training.
  • decision making authority.
  • open incentives and rewards for the accomplished work in the society.
  • development of a new culture with motivation, dedication, hardwork and sincerity.

There should be emotional intelligence with development of skills needed for the enhancement of the skills at work. There should be precision, skill and knowledge for attaining the desired skills in life. The emotional intelligence is the understanding, awareness and interpretation of the emotions through interaction with the colleagues. The various important factors are decision making, regulation and self-management. There are various important criterion which define the success in attaining a positive environment in the work culture like as follows:

  • trust
  • group identity.
  • efficiency for obtaining the desired work results and finishing of the projects on time.

There should be confidence, maturity and understanding of the important skills with ability to handle the problems in situations of crisis. There are a set of rules and regulations important for the implementation and approval for finishing the projects on time without any type of hindrances and obstacles.
