How does your organization address diversity, both formally and informally? Are there ways in which your organization could be more inclusive of peoples from different genders, races, religions, cultures, sexual orientations, ability levels, etc.? If so, what recommendations would you give?

Diversity is maintained in an organization with a proper system and culture of it's own where all differences are put aside and employees treat each other equally . They give equal rights to every employee irrespective of their religion. With the globalization there will be more differences as people from different countries come together and hence it would be better if employees are trained to adapt global market and it's culture so that no discrimination will be shown towards any employee. Both formal and informal behavior is very important and the employees must be guided and trained on the same.
