From the balanced equation we can say that

4 mole of CO2 produces 6 mole of H2O so

21.4 mole of CO2 will produce

= 21.4 mole of CO2 *(6 mole of H2O / 4 mole of CO2)

= 32.1 mole of H2O

Therefore, the number of moles of H2O produced would be 32.1
