Answer #1

Corporate culture of the business is the backbone of the approach to deliver value to the consumers and it ensures that employees  look after the best interests of the customers. So, corporate culture of the business has huge significance.  The organizations of my preference are innovation driven Technology companies that work for the value creation for consumers. It happens because of the strong corporate culture where employees understand the value of ethics and long term customer relations. If such a corporate culture is not built, then it is a case of employees sticking to the static rules and guidelines even if it harms to the consumers. In this scenario, employer branding decreases among the potential quality candidates. So, it is very important for the organization to maintain a value driven corporate culture.

Quality control is a way to ensure that consumers get quality as promised and errors are eliminated. Quality control makes a positive impact upon the consumers in a way that it develops trust upon the organization and it creates a positive brand building and value proposition among the consumers. Due to this, consumers are retained and long term consumer relation based on trust is developed. It happens because of the quality control.
