When I think about innovative business people, the first name that comes to my mind would be Mr. Franz Von Holzhausen. He is the chief designer behind tesla’s cars as well as the reason behind its constant growth when it comes to having the ability to create better designs, better approach as well as taking Tesla, from a company that outsources its processes to Lotus, another car manufacturer to being able to [produce one of the best designed cars, especially when we consider the implications of technology, cost as well as design and the aspect of being run on electric energy.

His innovation is a result of his outlook, his abilities as well as his adherence to quality which comes from his own experience of designing cars. While all these qualities are necessary for any business front, being able to make use of them in such capacity is the reason why he is one of the main reasons, Tesla was able to get themselves out of constant and considerable losses and become profitable in their business models.
