We need to check certain things like the type of software being used by the company , level to which the company uses automation , time intervals at which the company updates it's systems, training provided to the employees to better understand the latest technology . While studying these things we need to compare them with the current market trends and see where the company lags and where it leads. Based in this we can come up with areas which needs to be improved so that the company can further improve and succeed .
