Service agent:

Service agents talk to customers on behalf of companies and businesses. They often answer questions, resolve problems, process sales and provide information. Be a customer service agent by acquiring the necessary skills for the job and finding a position that is a good match for your talents and career goals.

Example: In company 'X' they are releasing a product into market, and for that company 'X' need to provide information and doubts to customers through mails,calls etc; For that Service agents are needed.

Service composition:

A service composition is a collaborative environment where a number of partner services are collectively used to achieve a business objective.

Example: In an Phone Application there are number of 3rd party business will run to achieve there business targets.

Ex: PhonePe App.

You are the IT consultant for the educational institute. You are requested to develop a software application using the service orientation. Explain any two design principles with example.

i.)Service reusability principle:

By concentrating on quality, the reuse potential of the software program is automatically increased. In order to concentrate on the quality of the logic, the service reusability requires exploring the business domain as well as the current technologies in use.

To get the most possible value out of each piece of software Software program useful for more than just one single purpose Something that is useful for a single purpose will provide value, Something that is repeatedly useful will provide repeated value and is therefore a more attractive investment. Reuse is a simple concept , but achieve reuse not easy

ii.)Standardized service contract:

The standardized service contract is a software design principle applied within the service-orientation design paradigm to guarantee that service contracts within a service inventory (enterprise or domain) adhere to the same set of design standards.
