Answer #1

answer-

Describe three tactics that can be used after an Agreement is reached and your bargaining partner asks for one more thing.

If our counterpart ask for one for thing after the negotiation/bargaining process is complete then we could adopt following three tactics-

1- First hear and then decide tactic in which we can hear the offer of bargaining partner and then decide if new offer is worthy to take or not for new negotiation.

for example- we have settled a deal on $10000 for a car in which i would buy the car of partner on $10000 on negotiation from $13000. then after a time he tell me that i have one more thing if you purchase my car at $12000 then i would give my Car TV and Stereo free. now its up to me to decide to take the deal if it profits me or leave it.

2- Avoid tactics in which i would ignore the extra one thing that my bargaining power asked for.this tactic is very transparent and straight with no conflict as i would not waste his time or mine by considering his offer then refuse after a time.

3- Make my extra demand in which i would also make a demand to him if he is asking for one more thing after the agreement is settled.this would be fair to both of us

*hope above answer would help you.good luck.
