Even though the act of not allowing children in the society is not justifiable on but it was communicated to her way before the time when the child was born hence the homeowner association is not doing anything which is against the regulation. They are correct according to the terms discussed but the question is whether this regulation should be allowed in the first place, does this regulation mean that the outside children are not allowed or no children at all are not allowed. What if the child belongs to one of the tenants? Hence these questions need to be answered before even setting the regulation. The fact that Amanda stayed for two years and when he had her child she should be aware of the regulation and she should act in a certain way that she would not break the regulations set by the homeowners if valid at all in the first place.
