Creativity can be defined as the application of innovation and authentic ideas in order to provide the solution to any problem or issue. Majority of us use the concept of creativity for self advantages or for the others.
Three components of creativity:- In order to utilize creativity, one has to have the expertise, creative thinking skills, and intrinsic task motivation.
Expertise:- This can be seen as the initial stage of creativity. In order to have the creativity, it is important to understand the basic and governing factors and elements of a certain area. For example, the writer or filmmaker spends the entire life in order to have the expertise in a certain field.
Creative thinking skills:- this mainly deals with the characteristics of an individual which are important for having the creativity, the capabilities of utilizing the analogies and the skills and talent to see the same things in different perspectives.
Intrinsic task motivation:- This can be seen as the internal feeling of working on soothing as it generates interest, challenge, excitement, satisfaction. This can be seen as the foundation which converts creativity into actual actions
