Vision statement can be defined as a company's overall purpose of the urbanization and the future aspects of the company's goals. Disney has been always the family company and had made materials as well as programs for families and kids. New Vision statement of Disney directly focuses on providing the best in the class family entertainment which is very necessary for each and every segment in which Disney does its business.

In the early vision statement Disney was focusing on creating environment for keeping people happy but in this specific statement Disney has been more determined to provide Quality Services as well as profession of the best in class memory services to the families. By having a positive approach towards change and introducing new platforms, busniess focuses on creating wide availability of the different platforms for gathering and capturing the overall customer base.

More , disney is focusing on global area rather than centralising it to some specific region. By globalising the industry, disney is definitely creating a change and this is one of the biggest changes from the previous result statement. By having involvement of many of the students in their program, they are also increasing the level of understanding of the company towards the different societies.
