generally based on data on internet energy required to cut an carrot will be nearly equal to 4.55 joules ...

we know that torque x angular velocity = power

so based on the angular velocity of the velical blade the toque depends ... generally if we take angular velocity as as 6.67 (motor of 60 rpm) we get 4.55/6.67 = 0.6821 Nm torque .....it always varies with angular velocity
