i learned about motivation is that-
1) Time never remain the same so ride the momentum and don't panic .always keep a balance between the good and bad times.sometimes we croosed leaps and bounds of life but patience and hard work is the key of success.may be our ideas working now and might be not working but in both the situation we just try to plug away at the problems.
2) Become more content with our life .Accept what we are .always beliefs upon ourselves .try to set personal goals and become more appreciative in life.don't discourage others.always appreciation our thoughts and try to recognize personal life.
Motivational Strategy i would like to incorporate in my professional life-
1)Promoting growth mindset so that i learn each and every aspect of life.I do not want to bound in fixed mindset.i want to promote my mindset so that it can maintain higher standard of my life.
2) Being inspiration for others- I want to become inspiration for others .
3) Setting high expectations - I always try to make high standard and establishing clear goals that i can get what i want in my life.
