Answer #1

Yes, I think successful entrepreneurs have different working methods than ethical leaders.

As Ideal leaders plan everything and entrepreneurs figure out things as they go.

Following are the Traits of an Ethical Leader :

  1. Leaders are an inspiration to their subordinates and their followers.
  2. A good and ethical leader drives and influences his subordinates. The way he works, he influences his subordinates and unites them to meet the target.
  3. A good leader creates such an environment that his subordinate has no problem in working and they can finish their work as quickly as possible.
  4. An ethical leader understands the problem, emotions and feelings of the entire subordinate and motivates them to work in the same way.
  5. Also do not think of their subordinates as a means to get the work done.
  6. Respects the feelings of others, listens to the things they say, listens carefully to them, hears their words carefully and respects their words. He listens to them and respects their words; their ideas.
  7. A good leader thinks of others before him.
  8. Always takes a fair decision. He thinks of others first.
  9. A good leader always thinks about his subordinate. A good leader is always honest, looks at what is true and goes in the same direction.

Entrepreneur: When a person decides to quit working inside someone and start his own business called entrepreneur.

  1. Entrepreneurs have Self belief in them that they can do any work on themselves, they have faith in themselves.
  2. They have a clear vision of their work in their mind of what they have to do and how to do it.
  3. They are risk takers; they start hesitantly before starting any work and do not be afraid and worry about the result.
  4. They are initiators, they start any work, they are not afraid to start any work, do not think how much benefit will be there in doing any work and how much harm is there, they have a clear vision and they just start without any fear.
  5. They know how to handle the uncertainty, it is not necessary that there is profit in any business, if there is a loss, then they easily cope with it, so it can be said that they handles the uncertainty very well.

For example,

We can understand this thing that if an entrepreneur and a leader have to jump from a flight, and then in this case, entrepreneur will jump and on its way will figure out how to land safely. But a leader will prepare and jump with a parachute.
