List three different ethical principles one should employ when confronted with an ethical conflict, and explain their use employing an example you have personally experienced.
When we face an ethical conflict , we first need to think about the conflict and the problems associated with that conflict. Sometimes what we might do to resolve the conflict might be wrong for some people. What we feel is right might be wrong for others. Being honest might cause more trouble and the conflict might become a bigger one. The steps we take to resolve the conflict might be correct for us but unethical for others. For example two groups are fighting for their increment and one is standing on some ethical point while the other is on another which are both ethical. If we support one group the others will be at loss which is unethical and the same goes with the other group. In such conditions taking right decisions is very important and critical decision making helps us in it.
