Answer #1

An health care industry advertisement usually appears to be the attractive for the people outside and advertising about it actually needs the proper ethical and legal standard of advertisement. Ethical advertisements follows some moral guidelenes which must be truthful and informative on the other hand it has to be legal whereby meeting the clauses of the law.

I feel health itself is a sensitive talk and the health care industry becomes the deepest root in the promotion, preventive and rehabilitation. If they are not advertised with the adequate clauses of law it may end up with stake of population health.

When the health care industry does a advertisement without a standard of legal and ethical clearance the consumers needs will not be met and will definitely lose the trust over all.

To support my answer with an example : The advertisement was given on the health care product discovered by the health care industry that the product consists of the micro and macronutrient for enhancement of health wellness. The marketing level of this health care product goes wide spread but the population who started using it did not have any improvement and later when the problem was taken on stake it was identified to have no nutrients in it.

The above example clearly states the sensitive issue on low quality of care in promotion of health to the population which in turn deteriorates the health of an individual. There are many more incidents we come across due to false advertisement in the heath care facility.

Therefore the advertisement regarding health care must contain the clear picture of what it is exactly to provide a healthy platform to the needy and if doest not meet the standards will be held up to cease their product or care.
