There are many instances and places where a conflict can arise between manager’s personal spiritual values and workplace values. This is especially true if the manager’s upbringing is a drastic contrast to the work environment. For example, a person (who eventually becomes the manager) who grew up with strict Christian values finds himself at a Wall Street company where a lot of financial transaction in grey area takes place. In such situation the manager’s personal value will conflict with the workplace values.

However, if we consider the points or the junctions where such tension exists, it usually happens in decision making processes.
