Would you expect a psychological contract in the U.S. to be more transactional or more relational? Explain your answer.

I don’t think that psychological contracts in the U.S will be more transactional or more relational. Because mostly in business and employment contracts there should be a written agreement or contracts between two parties to maintain a longer and healthy relationship between two parties. I am not expecting these contracts will be more effective in the U.S. Being a developed country It never encourages on assumptions and perceptions in contracts and works on informal contracts. If health continuity and business long run need a good and formal contract which will last long with all legal proceedings. No one will expect the psychological contract methods that create a lot of mess in the contract formation between two parties.

If business contracts are formed on psychological contracts than there will be more and more legal issues between parties and leads to disputes in the contracts.
