Erik Erickson development theory describes different stages of life development. It is divided into 8 phases from birth till death, according to his theory the child stars developing trust and mistrust depending upon how he is getting treated, a protective and secure childhood gives him the feeling of trust and confidence if the child is neglected he develops the feeling f detachment and mistrust.

The middle childhood is usually defined as ages 6 to 12 years this is described as 4th stage of development by Erick Erikson and defined as Industry vs. inferiority, at this age the child is in his schooling years where the child learns to read-write do sums and do his other activities on his/her own, the teachers take a special role in child’s life, the child comes in contact with other children and have more friends other than family members, the peer group has its own place and play a significant role in a child’s life, the child feel proud if, the teacher appreciate him, he feels industrious that is competent, increased self-esteem and develop to do more challenging task, at this stage if the child is taught to fight psychosocial crisis, it can  leads to an ability that contributes to lifelong well-being with the confidence and appreciation, at this stage if the child is not taught to fight psychological crisis or if the child not appreciated for his work, either in the school or at home, he develops inferiority, low self-esteem that can lead to anxiety and unsuccessful or struggles in life in adulthood, as the child was unable to achive the confidence he can doubt his own ability.

This is a crucial period for the foundation of a successful future and adulthood.

3. Second level -Conventional stage, when the child applies certain standards but they are the standard set by other like parents, or government, in this case, Suzy is trying to follow the moral orders established by her parents.

4. Aggression is a form of anger often harmful, it can happen either reactively or without provocation, aggression can be a symptom of many underlying problems, medical problems,  psychiatric conditions, and life circumstances, the way of expressing aggression differs in male and female biologically man are physically stronger than female, and emotionally women are stronger than man, the way of showing aggression also differs men engage in covert or physical aggression, while female engage in overt aggression it is more verbal than physical it can be bullying, or argumental, the reaction in aggression is very harmful and frustrating, it inflicts harm to self and others emotionally and physically.
