6 Agranulocytosis- it is the condition of lysis of white blood cells which is a serious side effect such as decreased blood pressure, convulsions and diabetes.others are common symptoms.

7 low incidence of extrapyramidal effect -extrapyramidal effect is high in typical psychotics and very low in typical psychotic. It differentiate atypical from typical.
