CVS PLANNING

Planning is a process of thinking about the activities required to achieve a desired goal .it is the first and foremost activity to achieve desired result .it involves the creation and maintenance of a plan ,such as psychological aspect that require conceptual skills .there are even a couple of test of measure someone's capability of planning well .as such .planning is a fundamental property of intelligent behavior . an important further meaning ,often just called "planning "is the legal context of permitted building development .

Also ,planning has a specific process and is necessary for multiple occupations (particularly in field such as management ,business ,etc.

CVS PLAN IN STRATEGIC

Strategic planning is an organization's process of defining its strategy,or direction, and making decision on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy .it may also extend to control mechanisms for guiding the implementation of the strategy .Strategic planning became prominent in corporations during the 1960 and remain an important aspect of strategic management .it is executed by strategic planners or strategists ,who involve many parties and research sources in their analysis of the organization and it relationship to the environment in which it competes .

Operational planning is the process of planning strategic goals and objective to tactical goals and objective .. an operational plan is the basis for and justification of an annual operating budget request .it describes milestone ,conditions for success and explains how ,or what portion of a strategic plan will be put into operations during given operations period ,in the case of commercial application, a fiscal year or another given budgetary term .
