Anwer 1 =The effectiveness of any organization depends on how well it is able to fulfill the demand and requirements of the customer in comparison to the competitors. At present, there are many firms which are offering similar types of products to the customer, but an effective organization will be one which not only keeps the requirement of the customers in mind but also offers something extra that creates value for the customers. This will ake the organization more effective in fulfilling its goal to satisfy the customers and thus earning a greater profit, therefore, value creation and effectiveness of the firm are closely related to each other

Answer 2= Strategic plans are made in order to attain a competitive position and to defeat the rivals in the market. The organization will be able to make an effective strategic plan only when they are able to understand the requirement and needs of the customer. This is done when the customers are also included while making strategic decisions. the management must look at the feedback, opinion, and suggestions of the customers and then must develop a strategic plan that can incorporate all the inputs from the customers. The strategy that is formulated in this manner will yield better results and efficiency of the firm.

Answer 3=Customers value only the product or organizations that are able to satisfy their needs and wants better than the other companies in the market. In order to develop a product that has a value or significance to the customer, it is important that these products must have something unique to offer to the customer and at the same time fulfilling their needs and requirement. Any product will not be able to create value if it does not consider the needs and wants of the customers.
