1. It is always advisable to use any information which is authentic and from certified sources. While doing a literature survey we come across different information where one source might contradict the other. We need to use the source which is specially designed for such information and where the people providing the information are certified and experienced. Facts must be checked from two to three sources before coming to any conclusion and only such information must be utilised and given importance in a literature survey.

2. An interview , no matter how deep it is provides the information only from a single point of view and might be biased . The information might have flaws as there will be not confirmation on the data provided which would not be the case with literature survey as the information can be verified from multiple sources. However a theoretical framework is just a guide on a topic and will help us understand how to carry out the research . Hence the information in this need not be verified as it will be used as a reference and along with other sources. Hence an interview would be sufficient for the data to be utilised in a theoretical framework which is less time consuming . Hence the given statement is true.
