Focus on organization:
The organization has taken the emphasis on customers as the core method of working inside the organization. In order to become the favorite place, they've made it a point to bring the right set of designs and layout to bring the optimum productivity levels. Also, to get the favorite way to eat and drink in the minds of the customers, the organization has also focused on setting the right menu and flavor.
Value that it provides:
It tells the organization to focus on influencing people's way of eating and choosing food items. It also tells the organization to create a trend among the people so that their way of lifestyle changes or their behavior is impacted.
Does it need improvement?
No, because its manner of making a change and impacting the people to choose their way of lifestyle has improved multifold. Customers choose the taste McDonald's provide and continuously seek that, as they feel their taste requires much more than the ordinary. McDonald's has created a feeling of requirement of higher standard food taste levels that the consumers see them a must in their lives.
