The corporate mission statement and the vision statement focuses on innovation leadership and strategies for its products. It focuses on innovation for the global society and its improvement with the help of technological products. The mission statement reflects superiority revealing excellence and leadership. The vision statement intends on promotion of strategic objective which is focused on inspiration and makes the company an important business influencer. It is an essential combination of industry leadership and global influence. It has major competitive advantages with relation to important technology companies like Sony, apple, Microsoft etc. The products are competitive and make use of advanced technologies for supporting the operations. It has strong mission and vision for Samsung Group. It's slogan "Imagine the amazing things we can build" is inspiring and it aligns with the mission of the company.

Mission statement is creating superior services and products; contributing effectively for better global society. There is focus on maintaining superiority of products and services.

Samsung as a company maintains highly competitive landscape by keeping the compensation high and encouraging development and superior technology.

The maintenance of superior products and services is the focus of its corporate mission.

There is focus on strategic management and operational effectiveness. There is focus on maintaining effective value chain. The generic strategy, intensive growth strategies and the objectives strategically focus on high quality products and innovation. It's corporate mission is inspiring the world for innovation and design. The stress is creating new future and contributing to social prosperity.

Samsung uses combination of marketing mix. The pricing strategies focus on skimming price with the smart phones and makes the company market leader with the features and USP. It provides high value and competitive pricing. It uses multiple promotions and has strong distribution system. The strong tactics focus on pushing the product to the customer with the help of sales promotions. Samsung marketing communication mix makes use of different marketing channels like media, print advertising in innovative way. This is used in integrated manner. The marketing campaign is effective and it focuses on highlighting the trait of innovation. It focuses on highlighting the superior qualities of Samsung. Vir marketing is used as effective advertising methods. The launch of Samsung products is showcased as a thing of excitement and recognition. Sales promotion is used as essential marketing tool with rewards program, free gifts for certain products and innovative sales techniques.
