--> Provisional filling:-

This Can Be a process of filing a patent application without Proper patent claim, without an oath, Statement or Some Other information disclosure

It has a period of pendency of 12 months from the date of application.

--> Payment of maintenance fees:-

That is an official charge paid at the prescribed period to a federal patent office. This will be performed over a lifecycle of a patent application or granted patent from this authority.Is fee payment isn't done it'll lead to the critical consequences? (lapsing or withdrawal of patent The maintenance fees must be paid by the candidates or owner of this patent.

Here is the start of the patent procedure. This is the component when inventor conceived of this innovation in its whole form.

-->Non-provisional filing:-

This is actually the patent program that asks the USPTO(United States patent and trademark office) to issue a utility patent.
