H2SO4 + 2NaOH ----------> Na2SO4 + 2H2O

moles of H2SO4 = 0.412 x 34 /1000 = 0.014

according to balanced reaction

0.014 moles H2SO4 require 2 x 0.014 = 0.028 moles NaOH required

moles = mass / molar mass

0.028 = mass / 40

mass = 1.12 g

mass of NaOH required = 1.12 g
