A strategic plan is a map for an organization that provides a sense of direction, measurable objectives, guides management discussion and decision making so that it helps in increasing the efficiency of the organization. But while executing the strategic plan some external sources make an impact on planning that are competitors, economy, government rules, customers need and all other uncontrollable factors affect the organization's performance, weak strategy, lack of resources. Some other current external sources are social, legal and technology change.
This model is an external factor that focuses on spheres of data political changes because the government influences the economy and thereby this includes political review, policy, stability, and taxes-trade policy.
Social change is making an impact on plan execution because sociocultural defines the customer needs and requirement and this includes trends, demographics, etc.
Technology changes mean automation, awareness and adoption rate of new reviews and services or products.
The environment changes because of the ecological and environmental change affects a company demand and operation. As per government rules, renewable energy resources are required and weather and climate changes have the responsibility of making an impact on strategic planning execution.
