what you would call a healthy collaborative relationship, as well as one that was not healthy. Explain why these relationships were healthy
PREREQUISITES/ FOUNDATIONS OF A HEALTHY COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIP-
1- The very first facet to be taken care of in the context of the healthy collaborative relationships is to accept and honour the differences. Distinction makes every relationship beautiful. Homogeneity restricts the progress.
2- The relationship wherein the views/ opinions/ thoughts/ feelings are treated with positiveness and these aspects are not neglected.
3- These collaborative relationships reflect the informal bonds as well. There is always an elegant informal touch to them.
4- The collective/ together achievements are valued much more than the individual/ personal benefits.
5- Honesty, transparency, empathy, compassion, forgiveness, forbearance, playfulness, amicability are the attributes that help the healthy collaborative relationships to blossom.
6- Humour is the backbone of such relationships and the conflicts/ disturbances that occur naturally are handled with all the obviousness through humour.
7- There is not a minutest shade of egoism in the healthy collaborative relationships.
On other hand, the relationships that are not healthy are a contradiction to the above mentioned prerequisites/ foundations. They do not honour/ respect the differences, The opinions/ views of each other are ill treated. There hardly/ seldom exists a touch of informal attributes. Ego is the drawback of everyone involved. People in such negative relationships value personal growth much more than the collective achievements. People are dishonest, not empathetic and they are with no understanding and forgiveness.
