INTRODUCTION :- Rock and roll is one of music genre that came into existence in later year of 1940 and the beginning of 1950.Rock and roll music hold back its history of origination in United States and the as the time passed it got beautifully evolved among people.Rock and roll music is not limited to a mere style of music,rather the use of music in movies or television even had a huge impact on language,attitude and even lifestyle of people.

POSITIVE IMPACT OF ROCK AND ROLL ON AMERICAN SOCIETY SINCE THE 1950S

Since the very beginning Rock and Roll music has been able to have a positive impact on the American society and it can be seen as under :-

1. One of the biggest positive impact of rock and roll music on the American society was that it brings equality in terms of racism,as people of every race either white people or black Afro American related to the music and enjoyed listening it.The reason behind this was,it was a combination of both style that is white as well as black music.
2. Rock and Roll music was not only limited as a source of music,rather it turned out to be great impact on society in terms that this music has an effect on day to day life style of people,their attitude and even their language,and it happens because of the lyrics of the song.
3. The lyrics of Rock and Roll music made the youth to feel the sense of freedom,as such break the conservative ties which the people of America were holding on,and even makes them use technology in their regular life.
4. Rock and Roll music even helps the teenagers to generate and go for their specific interest.The music encouraged youth and teenagers to follow their path of interest in life,and achieve it.
5. Rock and roll music had very positive impact on American society since the very beginning.It basically influenced everyone in society positively be it teens or youth or even elders,and it can clearly seen in their regular life,and even the music which we listen today also has the impact of rock and roll in its style.
