Five main ways by which the COVID-19 pandemic has had training implications in any organisation in Ghana are examined below:

# The Ghana Health Services' organisation strategised a identification, tracing and limited testing of COVID-19 to reduce the spread ofthe pandemic. Their preventive measures started with the public advicing about handwashing with soaps, using sanitisers and maintaining social distancing.

# A significant section of the public in Ghana lives in financially derogatory conditions. There is a huge dependence of preventing the spread of an infection to the accesibility of clean water and basic needs, which a major portion of Ghana's population deprived of. To overcome this implications, government have announced to release US $100m to escalate its response plan and to provide subsidies for benefiting with electricity and clean water.

# There has been an instant need of upgrading Ghana's medical sector. The problem of shortage of medical resources, testing equipments, facilities of isolating affected, insufficient helath delivery persisted throughout the period of pandemic. To overcome this to an extent, the Ghana President announced a plan to build 94 medical facilities.

# To speculate the economic recovery, Ghana needed to audit their gains from foreign investments and to act accordingly to set up its priority of foreign investment. The Ghana Investment Promotion Centre have to investigate on this aspects going through the subjects of health care, technology develpment,etc. So, there stands a necessity of participating in active regional cooperation in aspects of public health, trade and financing. However, it have a justified argument with the aspect of increase in reported cases with the sharing of regional aspects and international cooperation; so a stand on regional and international travel ban exists.

# Ghana have to grow its agricultural, manufacturing, infrastructures to revive the economy. Government have started working on these sectors, and this would probably boost the energy of the population to start their normal livelihood again, and revive the country from the condition of financial breakdown.
