As given in the scenario, spike in the number of covid-19 cases in Ghana has grabbed the attention of government. Now, it is important to identify or trace potential and actual patients of covid-19 to control the infection in the country. For this purpose, contact tracers are required and it is also very important to train them. There are various training methods and techniques in human resource management which are as following:

  • Job shadowing
  • Internship
  • Games based training
  • Mentoring and Apprenticeship
  • Lecture
  • Programmed instruction
  • Role modelling
  • Role play
  • Stimulus-based training
  • Simulation
  • Team training

1) Team training
