other stakeholders on the need to deploy more contact tracers to identify potential and actual
COVID-19 victims. As a student of human resource management, which training method(s) or
technique(s) would you recommend to government to use in training the contact tracers. Provide
justifications to support your choice(s).

As a student of human resource management, I could suggest the following training methods to use in training the contact tracers.

Technology-based training

Web-based training programs, use of interactive multimedia, etc shall be used for imparting training on the contact tracers. I suggest this method as it could be used for providing training to any number of contact tracers. Also, the trainees could learn at their own pace in their own environment. Further, it is a risk-free training method in which we could strictly follow the COVID-19 healthcare protocols including the social distancing. Moreover, this method is less expensive and time-consuming.

Simulators

Simulators could be used for training the contact tracers. it helps the trainees in getting almost a real experience of conact tracing. It also reduces the chances of risk during the training process.

Along with these methods of training, the contract tracers could be given updated information on contact tracing on a daily basis. The safety measures to be taken by the contact tracers must be made part of the training programs.
