Answer #1

Various unequal outcomes are experienced by lower income and underprivileged classes due to lack zof financial support and legal advisors, higher pressure from upper classes, corruptuon, Bureaucracy in legal agencies, biased system and manipulation in legal cases through unfair means making it impossible for such lower uncome groups to win cases against large income groups despite being guilty.

Social workers hence propose fair and transparent system where lawyers are assigjed with modest fees and authentication of legal cases is done where transparency and imabiguity is taken into consideration for judgement. Government toomust enhance financial support and provide additional legal counsel to avoid such large variation and inequity.
