Q: True or false?

Operational performance does not involves delivery speed. (T/F)

Answer: False

This statement indicated that while judging the performance from the operation side of the business one has to overlook the time in which the deliverable was completed, which is however not correct way to look at the operational performance. There may be various SLA’s which might define the operational success of a particular operations and as such would be included in the KPS’s of such process.

In essence while looking at the operational performance one also has to consider the delivery speeds as per the standard SLA, Hence we can safely say that the given statement is a false statement.

For cyanide: T/F (true or false) When cyanide is used for gold or silver mining, it functions as a complexing agent for the metal ions. The toxicity of cyanide is largely related to its ability to bind to T/F (true or false) One of the ways that cyanide degrades naturally in the enviroment is by its oxidation to cyanate ion, OCN. Consider a transverse harmonic wave travelling on a string. Enter true (T) or false (F) for the following statements. For example, if the first statement is true and the rest false, enter TFF. You have 4 tries. Decreasing the tension in the string decreases the phase speed. Decreasing the mass density of the string decreases the phase speed. When the amplitude of the wave is decreased, the phase speed decreases.
